Classes I Teach

MetKon Rx: Tuesday's at 6:00 p.m. EST
This Full-body interval strength training class has smart high-intensity functional training that boosts your metabolic rate and burns calories hours after the workout).Â
MetKon Rx uses simple pre-programmed interval circuits to improve strength, power, athletic performance, and core stability. This is a fast-moving, fun, and results-driven workout that will utilize body-weight, along with light and medium weights.

Cardio Kore: Saturday's at 9:00 a.m. EST
This 30-minute HIIT class will help to increase speed, agility, power, and sports performance. Some light to medium weights may be used.
