About Me
I am a 43 year-old mom of 3 (Cassie-14, Cayden-12 and Cambrie-8) and married 16 years to my amazing husband and biggest supporter, Dave. By day I am a high school English teacher and by, well all of the other pockets of time in my day, have my own health and fitness business as a coach. In addition to this, I teach online group fitness classes for Group Fitness Live and am an unpaid Uber driver for my kids’ activities (which I wouldn’t trade for the world!)
My Coaching Story
Helping women achieve a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition while creating financial freedom in their lives.
On January 3rd, my life changed because I realized that I could be one of those people who could chase after her dreams and set the world on fire. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was tired of sitting around watching as others pursued the things they were passionate about. Why not me? Why can’t I do this? What if I fail? Those were the thoughts that were swirling around in my head. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Well, you know what??? I CAN do this and I’m finding I’m pretty damn good at it too! ⠀That $160 I spent that day to start my business was worth every penny. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Since that day, I’ve met so many wonderful people, who I would have never met otherwise, who have impacted my life. ⠀
Since that day, I’ve become a better person both physically and mentally. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Since that day I’ve had the amazing opportunity to reach out and touch the lives of so many women who are transforming their lives in a positive way every day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Since that day, I got to go on a business trip, that I earned my ticket to, where I met the most incredible, inspiring and successful people all in the same room, all celebrating one another’s accomplishments. ⠀⠀

Since that day, I have received recognitions in my company, earned prizes for hitting goals, got asked to speak on a panel alongside some really successful ladies to speak to other coaches about my success I was having, started building a team of strong women, advanced rank, and earned extra income for my family. â €

I set some really high goals for myself this year and I would love nothing more than to build a tribe of people who want to positively impact, motivate and support the lives of as many people as possible, while also becoming the best version of themselves in the process (and you know, getting a really great discount and maybe making some extra money too 😜)
